Urgent International Delivery

  • For customers who require urgent delivery to major metropolitan cities worldwide, we offer a premium courier service at an additional cost.

  • Fees vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout or upon request.

Return Policy

We want you to love your opal jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Please contact us first before sending your item back. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.
